UNDYING SPIRIT

The plant was trimmed yet again. The vertical growth was hampered but it fought back, grew healthy and grew its branches.
Every time the plant was trimmed, it wasn’t ready to give up, it grew horizontally each time, spreading its roots and branches and covering up the whole big pot.
What the world saw was a healthy green plant but failed to acknowledge its undying spirit.
Amazing, how the plant resembled a woman’s life.
