सब ठीक है ना ?

जब पूछती हूँ तुमसे ,
सब ठीक है ना ?
जताना था तुमको, कि तुम्हारी याद आ रही थी।
सब ठीक है ना?
बताना था कि तुम्हारी बहुत चिंता हो रही थी ।
सब ठीक है ना?
कहना था, कि तुमसे बात करने की इच्छा हो रही थी ।
सब ठीक है ना?
पूछना था शायद , कि फिर कब मिलेंगे?
सब ठीक है ना?
रोना था क्यूँकि आज दिल भारी हो रहा है , तुम हल्का कर सकते हो ?
सब ठीक है ना ?
कई बार बस ऐसे ही, ऐंवई…
सब ठीक है ना ?
काश! कि कभी तुम ही वक़्त निकाल कर तसल्ली से पूछ लेते की “मैं ठीक हूँ पर तुम कैसी हो?”
सब ठीक है ना?
हर बार जवाब सिर्फ़ एक हाँ में आता है,
पर, एक छोटा सा सवाल होता है, “ और तुम?”
और, मैं बातों की बड़ी सी पोटली दिल में दबा कर सिर्फ़ हाँ में जवाब दे देती हूँ ।
