Chubby Little Girl

I see racks of clothes in the store,

And I am mesmerised.

All so beautiful,

Waiting to be owned and adorned.

I stop and caress a few,

Imagining how they would look on me.

Would they make me look beautiful?

Or would I make them look good?

One little moment spent in that thought,

One little smile over that thought…
