PATTERNS ON THE SAND

She looked at the children playing at a distance. She drew a heart on the wet sand and added A+R on it. A sudden large wave erased it
She drew a heart again but changed the initials to P+R with trembling hands. The wave erased the design again.
She became bolder, drew a bigger heart and gave names to the initials. “Mom”, the children called out and she erased the heart in a hurry. The incoming wave helped and left no trace of the design drawn.
Patterns on the sand were easy to erase than the patterns on the heart.
