An expensive and beautiful floor runner was bought for the house.It was so soft, and durable, that everyone wished to step on it. Slowly it got dirty and discoloured due to rough usage and started to resemble a mere door mat.

When it was put for wash, voila! it looked like the runner had come alive, for, it spitted out every speck of dust that ever settled on it and transformed it to become ordinary.The runner infused a new lease of life in itself and turned out sparkling.

Strange, sometimes we learn our own value when others take us for granted.
