She reached the same airport after years. She bought a tumbler full of button idlis and sambhar from the eatery.

As she sat down at the familiar spot to enjoy her breakfast, she felt a melancholy strain. Soon, the boarding was announced and she got up to leave. She gave a last look at her seat and found her own self waving.

It was as if her soul who had been waiting for him since years at the same place hadn’t left the airport at all, however, what left the airport each time in vain was just her body.
